Refund policy

Once your return request has been approved, you have 3 business days to send the product back and provide us with the tracking number within this period.

FedEx only:
To avoid delays and customs formalities, we only accept returns from countries outside the European Union (EU) or the European Economic Area (EEA) via FedEx services.

We recommend checking with FedEx in advance regarding packaging options to reduce shipping costs. If you use a box, the shipping fee may be calculated based on volumetric weight. Therefore, we recommend using a FedEx plastic shipping bag whenever possible.

Please note that any customs duties and taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

REFUNDS

Once we receive the returned items and confirm that they are in their original condition, we will refund the amount using the original payment method within 14 days of receiving them.

Please note that it may take between 5 and 15 business days for the funds to appear back in your account, depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment service provider.
